CROP
Our fruit is carefully selected & picked from all over Turkey’s most exclusive fruit producers. Predominantly cherries are mainly supplied from the Sultandağı area, strawberries from Mersin & pomegranate from Antalya & Adana regions.
SUPPLY
All collected fruits are carefully selected & prepared for delivery for production at the Sanford state of the art facilities.
PROCESS
With the approval of quality control, all fruits are taken to the factory warehouses for processing. The drying process is carried out using Osmotic dehydration or straight dried. The fruits are arranged on trays and the drying process starts in the latest technology ovens.
When the drying process is completed, each dried fruit is checked individually and transferred to cardboard boxes. Finally it is passed through the metal detector and ready to be shipped.
SHIPMENT
Completed products in carton boxes are transferred to pallets, which are ready to be shipped from the factory cold storage. The shipments are mainly by sea or by land for container loads and air freight or truck freight for partial loads.
